Here with us you will come across easy, short ski tours to one of the famous grassy mountains, and altitude tours to one of the many three-thousand metre mountains. Ski tours for all abilities.


Many of the tours are signposted - so you will find the right "track" and are spared making any wrong turns. Should you not have your own equipment with you, there are sports shops in Wald and the region where you can hire or buy what you need. If you don't want to head out on a ski tour by yourself then we recommend calling upon the services of a mountain guide from the region. Tips are available from us and from the tourist information office. 

Hiking through the snow-covered landscape and on the glistening white pastureland, with dreamy views can be done wearing snow-shoes too of course. This way you get to head away from the usual hiking trails and find places where you wouldn't otherwise be able to get to without snow shoes. Observe the region's flora and fauna in the winter and – if you are very still – you might even see animals in their natural environment. A very special experience for all ages!
